+/-Hot plate - Ami Drach & Dov Ganchrow

You don't worry about your food getting cold anymore.
Ami Drach & Dov Ganchrow came up the “+/- hot plate”. They silk-screened gold or Amorphic Metal films onto ceramic plates. If you connect them to an electric source, the current will run through the pattern on the plate and keep the food warm. We find this an interesting interpretation of the hot plate used in Asian cuisine but we wonder if we could still use the dishwasher with these dishes. Hmmm...
