Who says subway stations are always flat. The Carmelit is a transport system that transport 2000 people along its 1.8m track every day. Opened in 1959, in Haifa, Israel, the 6 station operates like a regular subway bit on a slopped angle. The waiting platforms, hence, also become stairs to ease movement.
