Signer Harris Architects designed Milder Residence an extremely eco friendly house in Santa Fe New Mexico. The house ticks all the environmental boxes by having an impressive array of features such as solar hot water heating, photovoltaic system with battery storage, storm and gray water collection system and using vernacular ram earth construction. But perhaps most importantly, this is a gorgeous house which sits comfortably in its beautiful landscape.
