Earlier, we featured Cistobal Palma's photo of Casa 11 and the concept of design for deconstruction (dfd) in Loblolly House. Here's another great example of a dfd building photographed by Palma. Edificio BIP by Alberto Mozó is an office building in Santiago, Chile.The three-story structure is made from laminated timber and can be dismantled and reconstructed elsewhere should it become necessary. Within the technical limits of dfd, Alberto created as awesome building with an even more awesome stairs. If only we can build in wood in Singapore...
